EVES Endorsement
ENDORSEMENT APPLICATION FORM
The EVES is frequently asked to endorse educational activities or scientific meetings. It is key to maintain certain standards of performance and scientific quality in every initiative where the Society actively appears.
ENDORSEMENT CRITERIA
The proposed meeting/event (scientific and/or educational) should be able to stimulate an international attendance of a reasonable size with regard to the specific characteristics of the initiative (congress, workshop, course, etc.), treating one specific topic, and not in competition with the events organized by the EVES.
The quality of the program and faculty are essential criteria to assess the relevance of the event for the EVES (contents and CME credits). It is a must to have CME accreditation to the program.
It is also important to indicate whether active EVES Members are involved in the program.
PROCEDURE

The Submitter must send all the information’s and data to EVES office regarding the activity.

This application will be forwarded to the Board for approval:
- Review the proposed program with particular regard to the objectives and the scientific quality of the program.
- Assess the interest of the EVES in endorsing the educational/scientific event.

After that an MOU will be send for signature and endorsement fees transfer.
ENDORSEMENT BENEFITS AND COLLABORATION
Upon approval, the EVES will:
- Advertise the Activity\Event on the EVES website (all data will be provided from the Organizing Body).
- Promote the event through communication channels (such as XTwitter-Facebook-Instagram-LinkedIn) flyers will be provided from the Organizing Body.
- 2 Email shots to EVES active members only.
In exchange the Organizer of the event should:
- Mention "Endorsed by" with the EVES name and logo printed on the programs and other printed or electronic document. A copy and links should be sent to the EVES Office prior to the event.
- Submit the proofs of the Program to the EVES Office electronically.
- Offer free registration to EVES Members.
- All the flyers and announcement need to be approved.
